Comfort Market Arroyo Grande upgraded to ♦♦♦.  Deserved it all along–just an amazing restaurant–and a permanent change to full hostess/waiter seating/ordering procedure have streamlined previous counter-ordering service issues.

Ciopinot San Luis Obispo  to ♦♦.  Recent visit proves it is still a REALLY NICE PLACE, but food-quality and atmosphere just doesn’t merit ♦♦♦.
